Men who have sexual intercourse two or more times a week are 50 percent less likely to die from coronary heart disease than those who have sex less than once a month, according to research from the University of Bristol in England and Queen\'s University in Belfast.

The study followed 918 men, ages 45 to 59, for 10 years. The researchers say that the findings suggest sex can count toward the experts\' recommendation that people accumulate 30 minutes of moderate exercise daily.

And it sure beats the treadmill!
